   With the use of this spell, a necromancer forms a spectral shield of
fairly weak to very strong quality, depending on the level of the caster.  
The spectral shield may be freely handed to other players or creatures,
just as any other shield could be.  The spectral shield only lasts for a
while.

   Effect:
      Create a shield with stats:
         Armor: 4 + (level / 4)
         Save All: level / 8

   Duration:
      12 real minutes

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Effect:
            Shield: 6*1
            Save All: 1 = 4%
         Duration:
            12 real minutes
