   When cast on a <victim> who fails their save against resilience, Bane of Ineptitude
inflicts a debuff on the target's expertise proportional to the level
of the spell. The effect lasts for 6 mud hours.

   Only one bane can be active on a target at a time, casting a new bane replaces the old bane.
