   A mage of fourteenth level may command even the stubborn earth, causing a 
lance of jagged rock to erupt and impale their foes. 

   On a failed Fortitude save, the foe will be impaled - knocked down and take
a penalty to their agility for 2 rounds.

   Effect:
      Damage: 5 * level + caster perception
      Failed Save: -2 agility and knocked down

   Example:
      Level 10 - 20 Perception:
         Effect:
            Damage: 5 * 10 + 20 = 70 damage
            Failed Save: -2 agility and knocked down
