   This spell will moderately increase the targets primary or targeted
stat for a full MUD day. Without an additional argument, it will enhance
the targets primary stat. With an argument (Strength, Agility, Endurance,
Perception, Focus, Willpower), it will instead boost the given stat. 

   Effect:

   Duration:
      (8 + level / 2) hours

   Example:
      Level 10 Warrior - No Argument:
         Effect: 
            Strength: +2
         Duration:
            13 hours
