• Syntax: cast exhaust <victim>
  • Level: 10
  • Class: Necromancer
  • Save: against paralysis for no loss 
            
   This spell reduces <victim> to a very low movement score, or can even
bring their movement to 0 or negative moves, depending on the level of the
caster.  <Victim> only suffers these effects if they fail a paralysis save.  

   Effect:
      Set Move Points: (300 - (20 * level)) or 0, whichever is less
      Move Heal:  -1 * ((level / 5) * 2)

   Duration:
      level / 5 hours

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Effect:
            Set Move Points: 0
            Move heal: -4 = -40%
         Duration:
            2 hours
