   This is one of the most powerful combat spells a Magician has at his or her
disposal.  Its power can easily incinerate most things in a few good hits,
varying with the level of the caster.

   The ferocious burn of the fireball can also have the effect of slowing the
regeneration of an opponent as they go into shock. 

   Effect:
      Damage: 5 * level + 15
      Spell Effect: -20% heal all 
      Duration: 2 combat rounds

   Example:
      Level 10 - Unsaved:
         Effect:
            Damage: 65 damage
            Spell Effect: -20% heal all
            Duration: 2 combat rounds
