   A magician has the power to set his own hands ablaze and burn his enemies
with them.  Amount of damage varies with level of caster and can roast low
levels in a single shot.

   Effect:
      Damage:
         2 * level + 9

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Effect:
            Damage: 2 * 10 + 9 = 29
