• Syntax: cast 'lightning bolt' <victim>

  • Save: against Reflex for reduced damage 
            
   A mage of high enough level has the power to attack foes with strong
bolts of lightning, depending upon the level of the caster.

Lightning bolt will chain to another opponent each time the previous target
fails a spell save.

Chained shots are half the previous damage.

   Effect: 
      Damage: 4 * level + 15;


   Example:
      Level 10 - 3 Opponents - 20 Perception
         Effect:
            Damage: 4 * 10 + 15 = 55

            If opponent 1 fails their reflex save, lightning will chain to
            opponent 2 and deal up to 27 damage. If opponent 2 fails their
            spell save, it will chain to opponent 3 the same way.
