Using this spell creates a skeletal hand around the victim's neck and
causes it to strangle them, causing moderate damage.  Skeletal grasp
silences the victim for one round of combat.

   Duration:
      level / 4 combat rounds

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Effect:
            Damage: 12 * 10 / 5 + 8 = 32
            Silence
         Duration:
            2 rounds
