Engagement Track Rebalance

Mastery professions were planned content for this season, but are not going to be released. I have rebalanced the engagement track to no longer look for mastery tier crafts. Additionally, after carefully examining the numbers, a portion of the engagement track was a tad harsher than intended and has been adjusted down. Everyone should notice a bump in their engagement.

• Note: If you've already explored all three professions in depth the rebalance away from mastery will have very little to no impact on your engagement.

Other things

• I think I fixed various broken achievements. Remember achievements? I don't most of the time. But now the challenge ones should be completable for additional titles.
• The last enchant primer should be properly in the game now. I accidentally placed Heroic Visage twice. For transparency since we're 2 months into the season and this has been run — the last enchant is called "Crown of Wisdom" and will be found in the same room as one of the Heroic Visage spots, and Heroic Visage will no longer be found there.
