Settings Overhaul

• Rewrote settings (display, config, other disparate commands) into a single global "settings" command that is shared by character select menu. Gives a unified view of settings, account wide and character specific. Fixes myriad of bugs and unsupported parts of the old account wide settings. Persists across seasons so you don't have to keep resetting auto loot, verbose, auto level, ansi, etc.
• Implemented nudge settings — you can now keep them permanently off, display only new (doesn't reset across seasons, you'll only see genuinely new ones), or all (resets each season). For "new", ones you saw last season were not tracked, but they will be tracked from this season onward.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue with escort quests insta failing due to pathing issues.
• Fixed an issue with "no character by that name" when disconnecting sometimes.
• Made the character select screen more robust to prevent issues with losing the character list.
• Fixed issue where dc'ing due to Internet drops would occasionally not register and prevent you logging back in.
• Fixed an issue with account collision that could cause data loss.
• Fixed a data sync issue between offer and rent.
• Fixed a data integrity issue where GMCP was sending across data you should not have access to, e.g. room information when you are in dark with no infra or blind.
• Fixed issues with autoloot not getting quest items.
• Fixed issues with logging in / out with an active collection question would register double.
• Vivisect now targets your combat victim instead of defaulting to allies when cast in combat with no arguments.
• Fixed an issue with the mudlet package mapper when the room was unrecognized or corrupted.
