   A necromancer of at least 3rd level can cast this spell to summon a shadow to
deliver a message to another player on Ishar.  If the player is somewhere on
Ishar, they will receive the message even if the caster cannot see them.  The
grim herald may not work if someone is deep within a quest or in a godly prison,
such as the Rock.     The grim herald only responds to whispers and will only
seek people outside of the caster's room.
