The necromancer reaches into the living mind and tears, rupturing thought itself. Psychic Hemorrhage deals heavy Mental damage and, when it overwhelms the target's composure, locks the mind -- the victim stands stunned, unable to act, for a round or two. It strikes below the raw force of Reave, but Reave cannot still a foe's body; against the living, that is the trade. The undead and the mindless -- constructs, the elemental-born -- have no mind to rupture, and against them it is wasted breath.
