Stormshield now lives within you. When landing a successful melee attack, you
have a 5%%%% chance for Varruk to flare, casting "elemental strike" on each of
your allies. This chance is doubled when you critically strike. When shield
blocking, you have a 20%%%% chance for the soothing waters of Akvira to infuse
your allies, casting "elemental strike" on each of them. Additionally, each time
you block incoming damage, your shield is infused with energy. This energy
eventually bursts into a returning lightning bolt on your attacker.
