Skeleton keys are special tools that can unlock mundane locks without needing
the proper key.  When you attempt to unlock a door or container without the
correct key, a skeleton key in your inventory will be used automatically.

   Skeleton keys vary in quality:

   Uses: Some keys have limited uses before they crumble to dust, while others
   can be used indefinitely.

   Failure Chance: Most skeleton keys have a chance to break when used.  When
   a key breaks, it shatters in the lock without unlocking it, consuming one
   use (or destroying the key entirely).

   Knock Effect: Rare and powerful skeleton keys are imbued with arcane energy
   that can dispel magical wards (wizlocks) on doors, similar to the Knock
   spell.

   Skeleton keys cannot bypass unpickable locks unless they have the knock
   effect and the lock is only protected by a wizlock.  They also cannot be
   used to lock doors or containers - only to unlock them.
