Whisper

Syntax: whisper <person> <message>

   This command is used like the Tell command, except it doesn't work across
rooms.  Also, anyone other than you and the recipient will see you whispering
inaudibly.  Generally this is useful just in socializing, though certain
circumstances call on its use such as the spell Grim Herald.
