Syntax: offer [<item>]

   At an innkeeper, a player may offer to find out what items can be rented.
Also, offering at an innkeeper will let you know if and when a rare item will
be bound to you.  Rare items are given 10 real-time days to trade and swap
until they are bound to the last renter.

   Offering a specific item will show the rent points used by that item.
