   Mist enables a cleric to transform the air around him or her into a
vaporous mist, which has a beneficial healing and invigorating affect on all
creatures present for 6 mud hours.  The most powerful clerics are capable of
producing a most effective healing mist.

   Effect - Every 3d(31 - level) / 5 seconds:
     Heal: 1 health
     Restore Moves: 1 move 

   Duration: 
      level * level real seconds

   Spell Potency:

      1:
         Effect:
            Restore Mana: 1 mana

      3:
         Effect:
            Effects only groupmates

   Example:
      Level 20 - No Spell Potency
         Effect - Every 3d(31 - 20) / 5 seconds - 3d11 - 18 / 5 - 3 seconds
            Heal: 1 health
            Restore Moves: 1 move

         Duration: 400 seconds = 6 minutes and 40 seconds real time

      Level 20 - 1 Spell Potency = Level 21
         Effect - Every 3d(31 - 21) / 5 seconds = 3d10 = 16 / 5 = 3 seconds
            Heal: 1 health
            Restore Moves: 1 move
            Restore Mana: 1 mana

         Duration: 441 seconds = 7 minutes and 21 seconds real time
