   The use of this spell viciously reaves the soul of <victim>, causing
very heavy damage and lightly healing the caster and all groupmates of the
caster.

   Effect:
      Damage: 4 * level + 16
      Necrotic Healing: damage / 8

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Damage: 4 * 10 + 16 = 56
         Necrotic Healing: 9 hit points
