• Syntax: apply <oil> [weapon]
Weapon oils are alchemical concoctions that can be applied to weapons to
imbue them with elemental power. When applied, each melee hit with the weapon
will deal additional elemental damage to the target.

If no weapon is specified, the oil will be applied to your currently
wielded weapon.

There are different types of oil, each dealing a different damage
type. E.g. Oil of Flame deals fire damage.

   Each oil has three properties:

Duration: How many seconds the oil effect lasts.

Damage Type: Which elemental damage the oil deals.

Damage Dice: The amount of bonus damage dealt on each hit (e.g., 2d6
   means rolling two six-sided dice).

Weapon oils are consumed when applied. If you apply a new oil to a
weapon that already has an oil effect, the old effect is removed first.

You can examine a weapon to see if it currently has an oil effect applied
and how much time remains.
