The Arcane Art of Enchantment

In the realm of Ishar, where magic weaves through the very fabric of
existence, the ancient art of enchantment stands as a testament to the power
and ingenuity of its spellcasters. To enchant is to bind the raw energies of
magic with the mundane, imbuing items with arcane power that grants them
abilities far beyond their ordinary capabilities.

   Mechanics of Enchantment

   1) Learning Enchantments: Before an item can be enchanted, one must first
learn the enchantment itself. This knowledge is often contained within
mystical tomes known as Primers, scattered throughout the land or sold in
arcane emporiums. Each Primer is dedicated to a specific enchantment,
unlocking its secrets for the adept.

   2) Gathering Components: Enchantment requires specific arcane components,
gathered by disenchanting existing magical items, foraging or encountered while
adventuring.

   3) Performing Enchantments: With the necessary knowledge and components at
hand, an enchanter can attempt to imbue an item with magical properties. This
is done through a ritual that varies in complexity, depending on the
enchantment's power and the item's nature.

   4) Enchantment Limitations: An item can hold one enchantment at a time, and
attempting to enchant an already enchanted item will forfeit the previous magic.

   Practical Application

With your item and components ready, invoke the enchantment through the
command:

   enchant <item> <enchantment name>

For example, to enchant a sword with Lesser Accuracy, ensure you have the
required amount of Lesser Arcane Dust and speak the incantation:

   enchant sword Lesser Accuracy
