World Channel

Syntax: world <message>

   World is a global communication channel for general discussion.  Your
message is sent to all players who have the channel enabled, regardless of
your location.  World messages are not blocked by in-game silence effects
but are blocked in isolated zones.

   world Hello everyone!

   To toggle the World channel on or off, use "comm world".
