   Shout is used to chat with mortals on the mud that can hear you.
Shout is mildly exhausting as it scrolls every player's screen.  Use sparingly.
Its main use is to pose questions to all of the available mortals.

  Such as: shout Where can I find something to eat?

  If you wish to talk to everyone in nearby rooms, try yell.
