Sustained Spell

   A practicioner of great power, familiar with working with the elemental powers
and controlling their innate magic with finesse may learn to conjur a tempest
and sustain it with arcane power. 

   For 24 hours after casting, the caster will spend the mana cost sustaining the
spell, but while sustained, it will lash out with violent bolts of lightning
against the caster's opponents. 

   Effect:
      Sustained Spell: Each 2d4 rounds, there is a chance the tempest will lash out
      with a lightning bolt.
      Duration: 24 MUD hours
