   By honing the magic in the air surrounding them, necromancers are able to
cast damage spells capable of penetrating the Sanctuary of any foe.  The
honed magic however does not last but a short while.  Honed and entranced,
the necromancer is a truly fearsome sight.

   Effect:
      With a failed Resilience save, your spells negate the damage reduction from
      sanctuary.
