   Necromancers can drain the life force of their foes with this spell,
doing a minor amount of damage and giving their own health a slight boost.

   Effect:
      Damage: range(1, level) + 2
      Healing: range(1, damage)

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Damage: 6 + 2 = 8
         Healing: 5 healing
