   Magicians, Necromancers and clerics may invoke their magic using the
"cast" command.  Entering the entire spell name is not necessary; you may
abbreviate each word, and need to use enough of the word to distinguish
it from other spell names.


   You can either enclose multi-word names in single quotes, put dots
between the words, or specify "on" after the spell name.

   cast lightning bolt on goblin
   cast lightn goblin
   cast l.b goblin
   cast 'li bolt' goblin
            ---shoots a lightning bolt at a goblin.

   cast light
            ---lights up a room.
