Techniques (unlocked in Dragon Stance only):
  Furious Blows    (L4)  Two heavy strikes. Damage scales with level and
                          skill.
  Draconic Roar    (L8)  Releases a terrifying draconic scream. Forces a
                          Resilience save against fear on all mobs in the
                          room, or a single target if specified. Those who
                          fail break and flee.
  Empowered Strike (L12) Pours Ki into the blow, bypassing sanctuary and
                          magical protections entirely.
  Death Blow       (L16) Commits every ounce of force into a single
                          inevitable strike, guaranteed to land as a
                          critical hit. The killing edge lingers briefly.
