   The news command displays patch notes and game updates. You are notified
at login when unread patch notes are available. Read status is tracked per
account, so reading a note on one character marks it read for all your
characters.

   @c1news@c0
     Lists all published patch notes, newest first. Unread notes are
     marked with a red @c1*@c0 indicator. Each note shows its date,
     title, author, and season tag (e.g. @cc[S14]@c0).

   @c1news unread@c0
     Shows only your unread patch notes. This is also what is displayed
     automatically at login when you have unread notes.

   @c1news read <#>@c0
     Reads a specific patch note by its list number and marks it as read.

   @c1news search <term>@c0
     Searches all patch note titles and bodies for the given term.
     Results show each note's ID, season, date, and title.

   @c1news season <#>@c0
     Filters the patch notes list to only show notes from a specific
     season. For example, 'news season 13' shows all Season 13 notes.
