   While you have Safety turned on, you will be prevented from accidentally
attacking other players.  This is only intended as an extra safety measure
that prevents you from killing another player due to a typo, and has no
effect on the ability of others to attack you.

   If another player does attack you, you will be allowed to attack back
without disabling Safety.

   You can toggle Safety as often as you want, as long as you aren't
grouped.  Groups can only be formed of people who all have Safety on or all
have Safety off, and nobody can change it while grouped.
