   Skill, with no arguments, lists your known skills and spells, their
proficiency, and whether they are currently usable.

   With one argument (for example, "skill fireball"), you will see the full
entry for that ability. Entries include requirements, costs (mana, edge, or
action type), cooldowns, stat pairing, forces, and any scaling based on your
current attributes.

   Typing "skill search <term>" will search all skills by name, even ones
you have not learned yet.
