   Skill, with no arguments, reports your skills and spells, proficiency,
and whether or not it is currently unusable for any reason.

   With one argument, e.g. "skill fireball," you will see the 
entire skill entry for that skill, if it is currently know. This includes;
proficiency, what class/race and level is needed for that skill, mana cost 
(if applicable), saves (if applicable), stat pairing (if applicable), 
expected damage range based on your current attributes (if applicable), 
expected healing range based on your current attributes (if applicable),
forces associated with the damage (if applicable), and any other relevant
information.

   Typing "skill search <search>" will search for all skills, whether or not
they are known or even learnable by your class. Currently, this is limited to
only searching on skill name. In a future iteration, more meta tags will be 
added to allow for more advanced searches.
