   This spell blinds the victim for a few hours.  A victim who is blinded
suffers an armor penalty and an attack penalty the same as if you forgot
your torch and were fighting in a dark cave.

   Effect:
      Blindness
      Armor: -10

   Duration:
       1 hour + ((level * 1 hour) / 3)

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Blindness
         Armor: -10
         Duration: 1 + (10 / 3) = 1 + 3 = 4 hours
