   Causes your body to glow brightly, illuminating the room for a moderate
duration.

   Effect:
      Light: (level / 2) + 1

   Duration:
      (3 hours) + ((level * 1 hour) / 2)

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Light: (10 / 2) + 1 = 6 light
         Duration: 3 hours + (10 / 2) = 8 hours
