   If <victim> is poisoned, he/she suffers a slight strength penalty for
about a day.  Healing is also affected for this period.

   Effect:
      Poison
      Strength: -2

   Duration:
      1 hour * level

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Poison
         Strength: -2
         Duration: 10 hours
