   A necromancer using this spell creates a spectral blade, which is a one
handed slashing weapon capable of dealing medium to medium-high damage,
depending on the level of the caster.  The spectral blade may be freely
handed to other players or creatures, just as any other weapon could be.  
The spectral blade only lasts for a while.

   Effect:
      Create a blade with stats:
         Base: 2d6
         Damage: level / 4
         Speed: -(level / 8)

   Duration:
      12 real minutes

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Effect:
            Blade: 2d6+2
            Speed: -1
         Duration:
            12 real minutes
