   When cast on a person, the bless spell increases their attack skill
marginally, more so for those of the same alignment.  Also, it increases
your saves against spells.  The duration of the spell is short: 7-ish hours.

   Non-magical objects which are aligned anti-good or anti-neutral can have
this characteristic removed by the single application of a bless spell.  This
change is permanent.

   Effect: 
      *Baseline Attack Bonus: 5
      *Same Alignment attack Bonus: 5

      Attack = bonus + (level / 4)
      Magic Saves = 4%

   Duration:
      (5 * 1 hour) + ((level * 1 hour) / 4)

   Example:
      Level 5 - Same Align: 
         Attack: 
            10 + (5 / 4) = 10 + (1) = 11

          Duration: 
            5 + (5 / 4) = 6 hours
