   Using this spell, a necromancer blights a foe with ghostly fury,
causing heavy damage and weakening the victim's ability to cause damage
during combat for a short while.

   Effect:
      Damage: 16 * level / 5 + 12
      Damage Modifier: -1 - (level / 4)

   Duration:
      level / 4 combat rounds

   Example:
      Level 10:
         Effect:
            Damage: 32 + 12 = 44
            Damage Modifier: -3
         Duration:
            2 combat rounds
